[rt-users] prog mailer (/usr/sbin/smrsh) exited with EX_TEMPFAIL

I'm getting the following error on a machine that was running RT 3.0.4 and
RH 8/sendmail just fine for months.
We upgraded to RH9/sendmail and RT 3.0.8 and now I get the above error.
When I run the following command this is what I get.
/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general --action correspond --debug
--url=http://rt.ibill.com/ < ~/testmsg
I have check everything and even had a collogue familiar with RT installs
look everything over and we cannot find the cause of the problems.
