Yes, I have started something like a webinterface.
But the CLI isn't to handy, I got some problems with newlines
in the text and until now I couldn't work out
how to attach files.
Anyway, here are the basics of what I did:
Create a virtual host with standard directives in the Apache
which is also serving the RT stuff.
Create a sinmple HTML form with some dropdowns and textfields.
The collected data are sent to a perl script which is calling
the CLI-tool.
So the users can create a ticket via this page, all following
communication is done by mail.
I think there's no need to post all the details.

BTW: SuSE Linux 8.2, Mysql 3.23.55, Apache 1.3.27,
RT 3.0.8, RTFM 2.0.2
