[rt-users] No email just post

	Hi.
Almost all outgoing emails are generated by scrips.
RT default scrip set doesn't send any comments outside. This is main 
difference between comments and replies. Cause RT is highly customizable 
so this behaviour could be changed.

As I said before outgoing emails are under scrips control. Remanage your 
  scrip set. Now, available only one(official) way to disable global 
scrip in queue you should delete global and recreate same scrip in all 
queues.
