[rt-users] Auto-open ticket

I created a new scrip for a queue. The idea is to automatically set status
to Open when a ticket is created because these are urgent tickets:

Condition: On Create
Action: Open Ticket
With Template: AutoOpen (basically copied global Correspondence template).

However it is not setting status to Open, it remains New until it is
manually changed.

Do the global OnCreate scrips take precedence? Or is my Action wrong - need
to do a UserDefined action?
