I have a fully working RT installation. However, I am trying to add more
than one email address that people can send tickets in to. My /etc/aliases
is straight forward:
helpdesk: "|/etc/smrsh/rt-mailgate --queue general --action correspond --url
http://www.mysite.org/"
Now, I am trying to add this new one:
helpdesk-ne: "|/etc/smrsh/rt-mailgate --queue `ny general` --action
correspond --url http://troubleticket.iesi.prv/"
The problem is with the --queue being two names. I have tried the combos of
"", '', () and ``, none have worked, rt-mailgate still sees them as two
queues. Does anyone know how rt-mailgate can understand queues with 2 words
in their title?
Thanks,
Peter Barton
