[rt-users] Help with scrip's with ticket history...

I've looked on wiki.bestpractical.com and can't any information on how to show if possible the last 5 content on a ticket history when its assigned to an owner or the owner escalated the ticket to another person.

I know my users on their 1st time would like all or part (would like to know how to do both if possible) of the ticket history when they see a ticket assigned to them.   Then the last thing they have to do is close the ticket by going to the web.    Tried to look in rt3/local/html/ dir for clues and I no clue or confused as to how the history ticket is assembled.
