[rt-users] Help with the from line and Subject line

Hi, I trying to customize RT. So I'm have change the auto reply message and
it works so what I want to change now are the following lines

>From : Apache [apache at localhost.localdomain] on behalf of General support
queue via RT [support at domainname.net]
Subject : [$rtname#12] Technical Support: test

I want this lines to read as follows
From: Technical Support Team
Subject: Technical Support Team Autoreply( Ticket #12)
So how do I do that.
