[rt-users] Help with the from line and Subject line

This is not sent by RT like this. Outlook (and maybe other MUAs) have a 
'feature' which mangles the From: header if Sender: is set.

> Subject: [$rtname#12] Technical Support: test

You can set headers at the beginning of your template, followed by a 
blank line. However, you do want to keep [$rtname #12], as this is what 
RT expects in incoming mail (you can put it at the end of the subject, 
though).
