[rt-users] "How to eviscerate fish" or get information from e-mails

Hey,

is there an easy way to analyze incoming tickets for custom fields, such 
as "CustomerNo: 1234567890" and automatically enter that number into the 
corresponding ticket's custom field "CustomerNo"?

I think that might be mighty useful :)
