[rt-users] "How to eviscerate fish" or get information from e-mails

I answered this question yesterday on this list.

I have mods to do this.  They are more general in some ways,
lacking in security, and not all the ways are well tested.
However, my need was exactly this -- to set a custom field
upon create by parsing a special email format.  So that
particular function definitely works.

Send me a private note if you want the code.  I'd submit
it all to the contrib section, but I prefer to have it
vetted a bit first.
