Hi all,
I'm looking for a way to send out a email to all ticket holders every
so many hours. For example I would like to send an email out every 48
hours informing the user of the status of the ticket, no matter if it
has changed or not. Is this possible? Please let me know what the
standard way to send out timed informs on tickets is. Thanks
