[rt-users] getting the Autogenerated Password template to work

I tried replacing the default autoreply template with the template 
information from the wiki entry about autogenerating user passwords on 
ticket submission, but it doesn't seem to work.

This is on a new RT 3.2 install on FreeBSD 4.9.

Did I miss something? All other correspondence seems to work. Do I need 
to stop/start apache or something?
