[rt-users] autoreply sending 2 msgs

just completed rt2 install, all working just sends 2 autoreply msgs to the requestor?
where bouts would i have doubled up on the config?

btw, my problem last night was resolved by downgrading to DBIx::SearchBuilder 0.97 and a reboot, downgraded and still no go, did a reboot and hey presto :) big thanks to Jesse was really going up the wall ;)
