[rt-users] RTx::Shredder related question

Hi 

I am trying to use RTx::Shredder to delete tickets that are in 'deleted'
status.

However when I run the command as

rtx-shredder 2004-07-22 

I get Tickets list empty. But when I look for the deleted tickets in
mysql using the command

select count(*) from Tickets where status = 'deleted';

I get 120

What am I doing wrong?
