[rt-users] Help with default value for custom fields

Hi All,

Can someone help me on how to write a scrip to set the default value for 
custom fields? I would like to have default value for the custom field 
instead of no value. I have search the list and look at wiki but cannot 
figure out the way. Can someone help me with some details? For example, how 
to specify which field to set? Thanks a lot.
