[rt-users] Include automaticaly on ticket reply Name-fonction-phone number

Hi,
What should i include on Models so to have the following scenario :
When a user take a ticket and reply to a customer, it would be great if
depending on the user connected, his name, fonction, phone number etc
... could be added automaticaly on the email.
any idea on field to use ?
