[rt-users] Html mail

[niconico]

Hi all,
when a mail is received by rt, it arrive to admins in text and html format. The txt part arrive correctly, but the html have encoding problems... any solution?
Here an example:

Transaction: Ticket created by ^NOSPAM^@msn.com
       Queue: help
     Subject: ààà
       Owner: Nobody
  Requestors: ^NOSPAM^@msn.com
