[rt-users] Bulk removal of Requestor ends in "Could not find that principal"

I hate to post a "Me too" message, but I've been dealing with this
problem since at least RT 3.0.6. I'm now using RT 3.0.10 and still
experiencing the problem.

Adding a requestor via bulk update works fine.
