[rt-users] RTFM Create Custom Field error

I have a new installation of RT and RTFM 3.0.10.  I have the following
problem when trying to configure RTFM.  To start with, I understand I
need to create some custom fields, but when I try to create one, I
receive the following error:
 
RTFM Error
RTFM Error 	  	
Could not create CustomField 
	
 
Since I'm not able to create any custom fields, I can't create a class:
I receive the following error when trying to do so:
RTFM Error
RTFM Error 	  	
Internal Error: Couldn't execute the query 'INSERT INTO FM_Classes
(LastUpdatedBy, SortOrder, Created, Name, Description, Creator,
LastUpdated) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)'Table 'rt3.FM_Classes' doesn't
exist	
 
I don't know if this indicates that the initial installation was not
correct?
I would appreciate some guidance here.
