[rt-users] Email filtering

I am an intern using RT to manage emails that come into abuse at some_isp.com

I have some scripts that read the abuse reports and retrieve the pertinant 
information.  How would I hook these scripts into RT so that it reads the 
emails before the tickets are created?  I can't seem to find it in the 
documentation, unless I'm looking for the wrong thing.
