[rt-users] new version of ExtractCustomFieldValues

Hello,

I have done a new version, which corrects one error and adds one feature:

CHANGES:

1.0b2
fixed a bug, when called for a transaction without Attachment

1.1b1
added Option "q" for not recording transactions
