[rt-users] Can't locate Exception/Class.pm

I am installing rt3 on a redhat 9 box maintained with up2date.
I initialized CPAN and used 


        perl sbin/rt-test-dependencies \
                --with-<databasename> --with-<web-environment>


To install all the dependencies, but when I try to start apache, I get:

 Can't locate Exception/Class.pm

I've tried a manual install, searching for suitable rpms, nothing works, I
cannot install this requirement. Any reason why?
