[rt-users] using SOAP with RT?

Actually it has to do with StarTeam Change Requests. You can customize these
Change Requests using a Java Form. I must update RT Tickets based on changes
to a particular Change Request.
Essentially, I wanted a standard way to exchange data between these two
applications via HTTP. I thought SOAP was the way to go, but Jesse has
suggested I look into making use of RT's REST api.
