[rt-users] share/html/Elements vs. var/mason_data/obj/standard/Elements

var/mason_data/obj/ is stuff generated by Mason. I think
you can just ignore it.

If RT is stored in /opt/rt3:

mkdir -p /opt/rt3/local/html/Elements
cp /opt/rt3/share/html/Elements/MyElement /opt/rt3/local/html/Elements/MyElement

Edit the local version.
