The April 13 2003 draft of the manual notes that the "latest" version of RT
supports the inclusion of original messages as attachments instead of
inline.
I tried changing the autoreply template so that the heading was just:
RT-Attach-Message: yes
Subject: AutoReply: {$Ticket->Subject}
I removed the trailing {$Transaction->Content()} stuff because I didn't want
the content twice.
Unfortunately the autoreply messages do not contain the original message as
an attachment. Since the content is also no longer inline, I assume the
template's being used correctly. No errors are being logged by RT.
Has anyone else tried this feature? Successfully? ;-)
