[rt-users] set automatically the owner of a new ticket

Typo. Corrected:
$self->TransactionObj->Transaction->Attachments->First->GetHeader('MyHeader')
Don't forget to replace 'MyHeader' with the name of your header.
For documentation, read the code using perldoc -F.
