With debian it's so easy like "apt-get install request-tracker3"
Version 3.0.9 is avaiable only on unstable.
In testing you can get 3.0.6

Hello all,

I wanted to try out RT because it seems like the best open-source ticketing system available, but I don't have a lot of time to figure out how to install & configure apache & mod_perl, not to mention the perl modules.

I would like to know if anyone knows of an rpm-based distro/version that is setup so that only rpms & cpan can be used to setup RT.

I tried unsuccessfully on cent-os3 & fedora core 1.
