This is not true anymore (as of yesterday). We had been blocked from
entering sarge/testing for quite some time due to a bug in the DBI
package, libdbi-perl, when compiled on m68k. This has now been fixed
which means the any updated request-tracker3 packages will flow from
unstable to testing as normal again.
