Running rt-crontool from a cron'd shell script. Noticed today that it ran approximately 7 minutes after a ticket was submitted and changed the priority from 1 to 50. Due date is 2 days and priority 99 is due then. Anyone know how to get it to be a little more objective about the priority? -- Rick Ellis <Richard.Ellis at Sun.COM>
