[rt-users] RT3: ideas on conditional responses

Dear RT3 users,

This is what I need to solve, if anyone's done it or its obvious go ahead and
reply..

I have a queue that will consist of two major classes of Requestors:
those that work for the company, and those that do not.

Does anybody have a scrip that would invoke a template based on the domain name,
or on another lookup?
