[rt-users] SelfService

Hi there;

I am trying to modify the selfservice ticket history so it does not show Status and Owner changes(ie treat them as if they were comments) to the external RT User, I had a look at Transaction_Overlay.pm and Tickets_OverLay.pm but wih out any success, can someone help please.
