[rt-users] RTFM Article extraction problem - blank fields.

I had a similar issues that I haven't been able to figure out. 
Apache2+mod_perl2, RT 3.0.8 and I tried both RTFM 2.0.3rc6 and 2.0.2 on 
RedHat 9.  Anybody know what is going on?
