[rt-users] ParseForCC on all mail?

Hi,

I'm a new users on RT and am trying to configure my system. Our 
organization needs to have non-rt users be able to bring in other people 
into a conversation via CC. I know that the requestor can do this via 
the "Set($ParseNewMessageForTicketCcs , 1);" configuration. But I would 
like to have *all* mail parsed and any new CCs added to the list of CC 
watchers for that ticket. Is there a ay of doing this?
