[rt-users] English Versions of RT for Win32 listed on dist.ourin.com?

I found a copy of RT-3.0.9.3-104.exe on dist.ourin.com, but it is in a
different language.  One word that was still readable was "ODBC".  I am
interested to know what that is referring to.  Does anyone know of an
English equivalent for this package or have you seen this version and know
what it says?  Is there ODBC support available for RT?  I would like to set
it up on Microsoft SQL server.
