Hello All:
I am attempting to upgrade to RT-3 from RT-2 after upgrading MySQL
from 3.x to 4.1. The password format has changed so the script is
not able to handle the passwords correctly. I need to do something
like "SET PASSWORD FOR -> 'some_user'@'some_host' =
OLD_PASSWORD('newpwd');" which updates the passwords for the user
table in MySQL. Is there something similar I can do to update the
passwords in the Users table in RT2?
Thanks,
Mike
