[rt-users] Passwords

Okay thanks.
Then I have something else wrong, because after I get past the apache
login prompt, I still get to the RT login page. I thought it might be
because I had a password setup.
I'm on windows by the way.

No, new user don't need a password in RT.

You don't need to delete existing passwords either.
