[rt-users] Custom Fields in the Create.html for SelfService

Does anyone know if this is even possible?

We'd like to alter the create.html to make a 'submission' form with the
custom fields we've created selected on the create.html page.

I'm trying to add in a custom field to the create.html for the self
service, I would imagine this is a two step process, the first being the
create.html side, which would call a element that needs to be created.

The field I want to call is a select dropdown, is there any
documentation on how to add this?
