[rt-users] Upgraded from RT 3.0.8 to 3.2.2 and no Query Builder?

Further to this email, I have noticed that the
http://helpdesk.ourdomain.com.au/Search/Build.html page exists and the query
builder works fine. It's just not accessible from the main page when
clicking the "Tickets" menu. On other installations it brings up "New Query"
"Query Builder" and "Advanced". On the upgraded install it does not bring
this up.
Is there any html file I need to edit to bring back these menus? I can copy
over any appropriate html files from a working 3.2.2 installation if need be
(I did try doing the entire /opt/rt/share/html dir from the working 3.2.2
install but that just broke everything horribly).
Thanks

Subject: [rt-users] Upgraded from RT 3.0.8 to 3.2.2 and no Query Builder?
Hi,
I upgraded to 3.2.2 from 3.0.8 last week, and I noticed that we are lacking
some functionality. Notably the query builder. It's still using the older
search method. I thought it might have been something with the configuration
files, so I copied over the RT_SiteConfig.pm file from another fresh 3.2.2
installation that we have on another server (which has the query builder
present). This had no noticible effect on anything.
Another thing that is missing, possibly by design is the "Basics" "People"
"Links" etc subheadings underneath the "Tickets" menu on the left hand side.
There's also no longer a link to the current ticket number there anymore.
Does anyone know how to bring these back? Is there some configuration I'm
missing? I followed the installation instructions exactly, but maybe I've
done something wrong.
Thanks.
