[rt-users] Still no links in RT 3.2.1

I still cannot get any links on my tickets in RT 3.2.1. The tickets are listed, but the do not contain links so you can click on it.
I eventually installed a brand new version of 3.2.1 - no upgrade. Brand new database as well. And still no links. I also manually upgraded all perl modules.
Can anybody please help me on where to start searching for the problem? RT3.0.9 continues to work 100%
