[rt-users] Broken Self Service Tickets

I've spent months trying to figure out these questions so I'd sure appreciate
some help if these issues sound familiar to anyone here:

I'm using RT with RTFM on both Solaris at work and Fedora Core 2 for some
community groups I help out. I've had some issues with the FC2 setup so I
recently upgraded it from RT 3.20 to 3.21. It's running under Apache 2.0.50
with Perl 5.8.3 on the system (no mod_perl).

1. I've given some unprivledged users passwords so they can track requests.
If they attempt to use the "New Ticket" option the dropdown box for the
queues is empty and when you click create an error is generated stating "no
such queue. Makes sense. Ideally, I'd like to have users locked in to a
specific queue and not be given a choice but I don't know if that's possible.
I've tried every combination of rights I can think of to no avail.

2. When I upgraded from 3.20 to 3.21 all my default scrips stopped working. I
discovered there weren't any so I recreated them manually. Has this happened
to anyone else?

Cheers.
