When I test the dependencies of my install everything is found
I can also do the make install and everything goes well
I put all the info it said to put into the http.conf file
But when I re-start apache I get the apache default page
One time I got a broken install page that re-directed me to the
bestpractical website
Any suggestions on how to make the re-direction to rt work
Thank you
Ed

Subject: [rt-users] Windows support?
Hello all,
I've been looking at different issue tracking solutions for a few months now
and feel that RT has what our organization needs.
I have installed elixus RT 3.0.11-2 on a WinXP box for testing and so far so
good. I have not yet tried to get the email functionality to work.
My question is how much support is available for troubleshooting,
customizing, etc the Windows Installation package? Though I've installed
Redhat and other Linux flavors a half a dozen times I still consider myself
a very novice Linux user.
Am I asking for trouble down the road by using the WIn version or should I
bite the bullet on the learning curve and go with one of the other more
supported Linux/FreeBSD packages?
Any feedback would be appreciated...especially for those that have "been
there, done that."
Thanks,
Jason
