[rt-users] mod_perl2 incompatible changes

Just a quick heads up to everyone using RT (of any version) with
mod_perl2. The latest release, version 2.0.0-RC5, also known as
1.999_22, contains a large number of changes which are COMPLETELY
INCOMPATIBLE with all previous versions.

These changes, I believe, will completely break the mod_perl2 support
in RT (or at the very least the configuration of such a system).
