[rt-users] SCRIP and send e-mail

Hello,

I install the RT application to our company, every on this app is best, but I have a problem when I would close the request. I meen, I would like send the information when this ticket is close but for more one person and only when I close the request.
Anybody knows how?
As I red the documentation, I must wrote some code, like as SCRIP, but I can't find any document where is exactly what I must do.

please help me.
