[rt-users] 3.4.1 - Ticket Comments/Correspondence come up as downloads only, not inlined occasionally

We did change it so that RT no longer shows things sent as "attachments"
inline, but I haven't seen the behaviour you're seeing on my RT 3.4
instances. Make sure to rm the old /opt/rt3/var/mason-data and stop and
start apache.  Does that help at all?
