[rt-users] support queue metrics from RT

I'd like to generate some metrics from RT to
see how various queues are doing. This
might be things like
- per-user breakdown of tickets answered
- per-queue % of tickets closed same day
and other things you'd look at to get a
general day by day health of a support
organization.
Does anyone have any suggestions of
tools that do this already, or a place to
start?
