[rt-users] Opened ticket sending email without any action

Hi

I'm using RT 3.0.10 on a redhat box.

here is my request:

I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago, and i'm receiving a comment on this
ticket (with all the attachement done when i created it) about 4 or 5
time a day without any action on this ticket ...

any idea ?
