[rt-users] trying to get Statistics running

The page loads and I get a red X in place of the graph.

There did not seem to be anything usable when I tried that 
yesterday.  Today when I try to select anything , within Statistics, beyond 
the first page RT locks up and I have to restart Apache to clear it.
The RT log is set to "debug" but still shows nothing related to the 
actiions.  The Apache access and request logs are shown below.
