[rt-users] RE: New users do not show uo in list but can log in?

Nevermind I figured it out... I forgot to configure the Queue rights!

So I added a new user.
This user can log in and take ownership of tickets...
However their username does not show up in the list of users in the drop
down list in either the Query window or in the People section of the
Ticket window...?
Is there a reason/fix for this?
