[rt-users] Owner Changed from xxxx to Nobody

Whenever I change any of the fields except 'Owner', the owner of the 
ticket is changed to 'Nobody'.  The user that I am using has SuperUser 
rights.  I'm probably missing something obvious, but I haven't used RT 
since 2002 so I'm a bit rusty.  Any ideas?

I'm running RT 3.4.2 on FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE installed via the FreeBSD 
ports tree.  I also had the problem on FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE.
