[rt-users] Doubt RT

Good afternoon,  
  
I am needing a help!. I am using RT two weeks, I am users beginner, I
need to do some modifications in some fields that I created. For
example:  
  
I created tree new fields:  
  
Open Ticket: 23/06/05 12:00  
Resolved Ticket: 23/06/05 12:45    
Time of solution: 45 minuts (here I need that shows me the difference of
the first and second fields in  
"Minutes").  
  
I would like to know somebody needed that.  
Excuse, my English is not very good!
